Common Image can shift mono content in relativity to Stereo Content by using the "relative" position, or it can allow positioning of stereo content while maintaining mono content position by using the "grouped" position

Millidelay was created to be used creatively.

 It delays the incoming audio stream by the ranges that you select, and can be fine tuned with the delay slider. The delay time is shown above the delay slider. It works great on auxilliary channels, or shifting entire tracks into unique times of their own.
